Topographic & Land Surveys

A topographic survey records the existing conditions of a site: ground levels and contours, natural and man-made features, roads, utilities and boundaries. It is the foundation of any design, planning or construction project and of accurate quantity estimates.

Our field crews establish control points tied to the national reference system and capture the site with GNSS/RTK receivers and total stations. The data is processed and checked in our Jeddah office by qualified engineers before delivery.

Cadastral Surveys & Survey Reports

The survey report (Qarar Masahi) is the official document that confirms a plot’s location, boundaries, dimensions and area according to the approved plan and the title deed. It is required for building permits, deed updates, splitting or merging plots and many real-estate transactions.

We carry out the field survey, verify the plot against the approved planning documents, resolve any discrepancies in dimensions or area, and prepare and submit the survey report through the municipality’s Balady platform, following it up until it is issued.

Urban Planning & Land Subdivision

Aerial Survey & Drone Mapping

Drone surveys capture large or hard-to-reach areas in a fraction of the time of ground methods. Using photogrammetry with ground control points, we produce georeferenced orthophotos, elevation models and 3D models of the site.

Aerial data is ideal for planning studies, earthwork estimates, periodic progress monitoring of construction sites and documentation of existing conditions.

3D Laser Scanning
